Since ancient times, "Nurse Lavender" has been renown for its calming, healing properties. It is known for improving sleep quality, lifting the mood, and calming without sedating.

It contains inflammation-slaying compounds, helping wounds to heal, promoting the growth of collagen, and boosting the tissue remodelling process of the skin.

It's anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties help fight acne and other common skin conditions such as eczema.

The fragrance of alone has been known to help with headaches and migraines, and is widely used in Aromatherapy.

Use:

Lavender Hydrosol can be used in your own home skin remedies, diluted as a face toner, hair rinse, or as a room freshener spray.

Some other suggested uses include:

• As distilled water when ironing to give clothes a fresh lavender scent & avoid tap water buildup in the steam vents

• In an Aromatherapy bath to relieve sore muscles, hydrate the skin, and soothe an anxious mind.

Our Hydrosols arrive unpreserved (no extra additives), having been sealed while fresh in sterilized amber glass bottles.
Unopened, they have a shelf life of 6-18 months.

Store refrigerated after opening to extend their shelf life, or in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight.
